Booking Politik – alm booking
Der kræves et bookinggebyr på 100-300 DKK for at sikre din tid. Dette gebyr er ikke refunderbart og fratrækkes den endelige pris.
Aflysning eller ombooking skal ske minimum 48 timer før din aftale og inden for vores åbningstider.
Vores åbningstider er:
Tirsdag til lørdag fra kl. 10:00 til 18:00.
Vi holder lukket søndag og mandag.
Beskeder sendt uden for åbningstid betragtes som modtaget næste arbejdsdag.
Ved aflysning senere end 48 timer før aftalen (baseret på åbningstider) skal der betales 50% af den samlede pris for sessionen.
Eksempel:
Hvis din aftale koster 600 DKK, er 50% = 300 DKK.
Da der allerede er betalt et bookinggebyr på 100 DKK, mangler der derfor 200 DKK, som stadig skal betales.
Disse beløb varierer afhængigt af din aftales pris samt betalt bookinggebyr.
Udeblivelse uden besked eller aflysning medfører også betaling af 50% af den bookede aftales pris.
Ønsker du at ombooke din tid, skal den nye tid i tillæg til de 50%, betales 100% på forhånd, før ny tid lægges i kalenderen. Du skal da ikke betale noget den dag du får lavet din tatovering da den er forudbetalt. Det forudbetalte beløb mistes ved for sent afbud/udeblivelse af den nye tid.
Eksempel:
Ved en aftale på 600 kr betales derfor 200 kr + 600 kr= 800 kr for at ombooke.

- Du skal være ædru og ikke have taget andre rusmidler under din session.
- Eventuelle ændringer af din aftale, størrelse på tatovering, antal personer der kommer osv., som ændrer prisen på din aftale, skal foretages 48 timer før din aftale. Hvis ikke, skal du betale den fulde pris for aftalen, som blev aftalt, da du bookede.
- Du er forpligtet til at informere din tatovør om eventuelle hudproblemer eller andre sundhedsproblemer, der kan påvirke processen med at få og helbrede din tatovering.
- Du kan maksimalt have 1 gæst med til din session. Har du barn med, kan du have en ekstra person til at passe dit barn.

Booking Policy – Regular appointment
An appointment fee of 100-300 DKK is required to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final price.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment and within our working hours.
Our working hours are:
Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Messages sent outside of working hours will be considered received on the next business day.
If you cancel later than 48 hours before your appointment (based on working hours), you will be required to pay 50% of the total session price.
Example:
If your appointment is priced at 600 DKK, 50% equals 300 DKK.
Since a 100 DKK appointment fee has already been paid, the remaining amount of 200 DKK will still need to be paid.
These amounts may vary depending on the price of your appointment and the appointment fee paid.
No-shows or failure to inform us will also require payment of 50% of the booked session.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, the new appointment, in addition to the 50%, must be paid 100% in advance before the new appointment is added to the calendar. You will not have to pay anything on the day you get your tattoo as it has been prepaid. The prepaid amount will be lost if you cancel too late/no show for the new appointment.
Example:
For an appointment of 600 kr, 200 kr + 600 kr = 800 kr is paid to reschedule.

In addition, you must confirm that you have read and agree to follow our shop rules.
Shop Rules
- You must be 18 years or older at the time of your appointment.
- You must be sober and not under the influence of alcohol or any other substances during your session.
- Any changes to your appointment (design, size, number of people, etc.) that affect the price must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged the full originally agreed price.
- You are required to inform your tattoo artist about any skin conditions or health issues that may affect the tattooing process or healing.
- You may bring a maximum of one guest to your session. If you bring a child, you may bring one additional person to take care of the child.

For larger projects requiring multiple sessions, if a session is cancelled late or missed, the next session must be paid in full in advance (instead of the standard appointment fee).
For all remaining sessions, the full amount must be paid at least one week before your appointment.
